Understanding Discovery Types: Accuracy, Length, and Use Cases

In January 2025, DNA Behavior introduced a new Embedded Discovery Process, allowing businesses to:

  • Customize the discovery process to fit their needs.
  • Access new languages for a more inclusive experience.
  • Seamlessly embed the discovery into their website and web screens.

This update includes the launch of two new shorter discoveries, offering more flexibility in engaging employees and clients.

Additionally, the Digital Scan, introduced in 2024, provides insights without requiring any participation from clients. Now, the discovery processes are segmented into three categories:

  • Digital Scan – No participation required.
  • Partial Scan – Two shorter assessments (11 or 17 questions).
  • Full Scan – A comprehensive assessment with 46 questions.
