Developer Portal Access & API Key Setup

1. Accessing the Developer Portal

Go to:
https://developers.dnabehavior.com/

Click Get Started and log in using your DNA Behavior Web App credentials.
No separate signup is required.

If your account has already been approved for Developer Portal access, you will be able to log in successfully.

Once logged in, your Developer Portal account will be automatically created and activated.

2. Accessing API Keys

After logging in:

• Go to your Profile

• Scroll down to the API Keys section

Outcome:

• If you see an API key → you are ready to proceed

• If you do not see an API key → you do not yet have API access. Continue to Step 3

3. Getting API Access (Required Before Development)

API access is required before any development can begin.

If your API key is not visible, request access by emailing:
DNACare@dnabehavior.com

Include:

• Your company name

• Your account email

• A short description of your use case

Request enrollment in the Developer Program (ISV Program).

Without approval, API keys will not be generated.

4. What You Get with the Developer Program

Once approved, you will receive:

• API keys

• Access to endpoints

• Integration documentation

• Support for SDK setup
