On Hold Subscription Policy
How to put a hold on a subscription
Details:
Clients are allowed to put their subscription on hold a one-time hold temporarily upon approval by the DNA Representative with the following conditions:
- 
The maximum time is 60 days. 
- 
After 60 days, the subscription will be automatically reinstated. 
The billing team will process the request within 24-48 hours upon request.
Kindly send your request to dnacare@dnabehavior.com or Submit a Ticket by clicking the Submit a Ticket button which you can find in the upper right corner of the DNA Behavior App. (please see the screenshot below).
