A Step-by-Step Guide to Submitting Your Contact Information for Offline Behavioral Scanning

The digital scan can identify natural behaviors and behavioral finance traits without using traditional psychometric questionnaires. Instead, it leverages generative AI and deep learning technologies to understand a person’s core behavior.

Step 1: Download the Excel Sheet Template

To begin, download the Excel sheet template, which you will use to enter your contact information. The template ensures we have all the necessary details to perform an accurate and comprehensive scan.

Step 2: Complete the Excel Sheet Template

Once you have downloaded the template, fill it out with the required information for each contact you wish to include in the scan. Ensure that all fields are completed accurately to avoid any delays or issues in processing your request.

Step 3: Save Your Completed Excel Sheet

After entering all the necessary information, save the completed Excel sheet to your computer.

Step 4: Submit a Support Ticket to DNA Behavior

With your Excel sheet ready, it’s time to submit a support ticket to request the offline digital scan. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the DNA Behavior Support Portal: Navigate to our Support Portal to submit your request.
  2. Enter Your Details: Fill in your contact details, including your name and email address.
  3. Describe Your Request: In the description field, clearly state that you are requesting an offline digital scan for your contacts. Include any specific instructions or additional information that may help us process your request efficiently.
  4. Attach the Completed Excel Sheet: Use the attachment option to upload your completed Excel sheet. Ensure the file is correctly attached before submitting the ticket.
  5. Submit the Ticket: Once all fields are completed and the Excel sheet is attached, click the "Submit" button to send your request.

Step 5: Confirmation and Processing

After submitting your support ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team acknowledging receipt of your request. Our team will then process your request and perform the offline digital scan.

Step 6: Receive Your Scan Results

Once the scan is completed, we will compile the data into an Excel sheet and send it back to you via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, though we strive to complete requests as quickly as possible.
