Renewal Policy

The DNA Behavior renewal policies for all subscriptions

Details: 

Annual Subscriptions – The package is due to renew, 12 months from the sign-up date.  

Clients will be notified 45, 30, and 15 days prior to the expiration date. 

Payments will be processed either via Stripe Invoice or the Credit Card on file. 

Monthly Subscriptions- The package is due to renew, 30 days from the sign-up date. 

Our system will automatically credit the monthly fee through the card provided by the client.

The standard renewal fee is in USD.
