We back our service with a “Client Engagement 90-Day Refund Guarantee. 

DNAB SAAS services have a 90-Day refundable guarantee applied to all purchases of DNA Behavior products.  Certain exceptions below are not eligible for a refund. 

1. Non-refundable services that have been delivered 
2. Training, consulting, and development services that have been delivered
