Reactivation Policy

These are the helpful steps on how to submit a request to reactivate the subscription after being on hold or cancelled.

Details: 

A reactivation request from a client who previously requested to cancel or hold off their subscription is allowed.  The billing team will process it within 24-48 hours upon request. A billing charge will be applied to $50 for the reactivation. 

 

You can submit your reactivation request, or if you need further assistance, by clicking the Submit a Ticket button which you can find in the upper right corner of the DNA Behavior App. (Kindly see the screenshot below). Or you can email our support team at dnacare@dnabehavior.com.
