Summary of pricing guidelines for Sales Team

1. Adherence to Approved Pricing Terms and Conditions:

The Sales Team is required to refer to and strictly adhere to the approved pricing scheme for all products and services.

    Points to consider:

        10x Clients

            Base package is $3,180 for all packages.

            Base price for Admin User: $ 4,770 annually or $ 477 monthly

            Base price for Staff Users: $ 720 annually or $ 60 monthly

        2x Clients

 Offer the old Small Firm, Advanced Package, and Consultant Package price scheme by using these templates found in this folder on HubSpot.

2. Addition Named Users (Legacy Clients)

▪ For every additional Advisor $1600 for Named Advisor in FDNA and $1200 for Named User in BDNA package; Consultant add on is $4080; Staff Users are $600 per year

▪ Refer to the pricing page for the price scheme.

▪ Any adjustments or exceptions beyond this discount table must be approved by the relevant authorities.

Addition Named Users (New Clients)

▪ For every additional Named User, Base price for each packages is $ 4,770 annually or $ 477 monthly per Advisor or Named User.

▪ Any adjustments or exceptions beyond the pricing scheme must be approved by the relevant authorities.

3. Addition Staff User

▪ For every additional Staff User, Base price for each package is $ 600 annually or $ 50 monthly per Advisor or Staff User. We discourage monthly unless they were grandfathered already

▪ No discount is applied to all additional users.

▪ Refer to the pricing page for the price scheme.

▪ Any adjustments or exceptions beyond the pricing scheme must be approved by the relevant authorities.
