Understanding and Using Predicted Results in the DNA Web App
Predicted results are algorithm-based forecasts generated from behavioral data and trends. These results provide insights into a person's likely behaviors without the need for a full behavioral assessment. The origins of these predictions can come from various sources, including:
- DNA Behavior Digital Scans
- Communication DNA
- Results from competitor systems
How Can I Tell if Results Are Predicted?
In the DNA Web App, predicted results are clearly marked. A flag will appear on the results page indicating that the data is based on predictions rather than a full behavioral assessment. This flag also serves as a reminder to have the individual complete the full discovery process for more accurate insights.
When Should Predicted Results Be Used?
Predicted results are not as accurate as results generated from Natural Behavior assessments. We recommend using full discovery results in situations where precision is critical, such as:
- Hiring decisions
- Key business decisions
However, if your project does not require fully accurate behavioral insights—for instance, in marketing efforts or initial discussions—predicted results are sufficient and can provide helpful guidance.
For the most reliable results, encourage the individual to complete the full DNA Behavior assessment.
