Your DNA Performance Advisor will arrange a 60-minute Zoom call to ensure you are set up for the Program.

Pre-Program Homework To Get Started

We expect that you have read the following in preparation for participation in the program:

  1. DNA Quantum Leap 360 Program outline
  2. DNA Quantum Leap 360 Curriculum (excel format)
  3. DNA Quantum Leap Transformation guide (refer: https://kb.dnabehavior.com/gene/quantum-leap-transformation)

Further, by now you should have been given access to the DNA Web App so that you can deploy the DNA Natural Behavior Discovery with your family, team, and clients. In addition, you will be able to use Gene AI for interpretation and training help.

To get ready for the program you will complete Modules 1 to 8 of the DNA Quantum Leap 360 Curriculum.

Please complete the following exercises:

  2. Building a Great Relationship With Your DNA Performance

Please complete the following DNA Behavior Discovery Processes:

  1. DNA Natural Behavior Discovery in the DNA Web App (46 Questions - Allow 10 to 12 minutes);
  2. DNA Quantum Leap Capacity Discovery (25 Questions - Allow 5 to 10 minutes);
  3. DNA Quality Life Performance Discovery (80 Questions - Allow 15 to 20 minutes);
  4. DNA Money Energy Opportunities Discovery (26 Questions – Allow 5 to 10 minutes);

Once you have completed each discovery, feedback in the form of a report will be provided.

During the course of the program, you will be asked to complete additional discovery processes, provide other information, and do some reading.

We have designed a DNA Quantum Leap Coaching Dashboard which will be completed and updated during the program by the DNA Performance Advisor to reflect your DNA Behavior measurements and other relevant metrics and goals.

Quantum Leap Mindset Commitments

Our goal is to conduct the DNA Quantum Leap 360 program in such a way that it is psychologically safe for you and the DNA Performance Advisor. We encourage an open sharing of thoughts and feedback throughout the program.


In this regard, we adopt a “Knowing Me, Knowing You” approach where by as much as we will expect you to be open about who you are and your aspirations, your DNA Performance Advisor will do the same. Ultimately, this is what we expect to happen in all areas of how you lead in your life, family, and business.


Think of this in terms of the Johori Window. When you start there will be some elements of you that are closed and not known to others.

Then, as you participate in the program and start gaining more confidence in who you are and the DNA Performance Advisor, we would expect to see more opening up – even if you are more introverted and naturally guarded. The DNA Behavior Discovery Processes have been deliberately structured to facilitate the open sharing of the report feedback. That will happen through comparative and team or group reporting that we provide, and through ongoing access to the DNA Web App.

The Platinum Rule of Relationship

In keeping with psychological safety, sound communication is important between you and the DNA Performance Advisor. As the leader of the program, the DNA Performance Advisor needs to adapt to your style. This is what we call the Platinum Rule of Relationships. However, again in playing your role, when you want to approach the DNA Performance Advisor for guidance or input it is important to adapt as far as you can to their communication style

The following table shows a general set of communication keys for each of the four primary DNA factors.

You can work off the strongest one or two factors for how you wish to be communicated with and then by knowing the DNA Performance Advisor’s factors adapt to them when interacting (Refer to Module 2)

Building A Great Relationship With Your DNA Performance Advisor

Using the DNA Natural Behavior Comparison Report (Business DNA - Work Talents) the DNA
Performance Advisor will address the following with you as part of establishing how you will best work together (Refer Module 3).

  1. How will you measure your relationship with your DNA Performance Advisor? (e.g. improved results, quality of the interaction, etc.)
  2. How do you wish to be communicated with? (e.g. phone, email, detailed reports, etc.)
  3. What is your goal-setting style? (e.g. regular review and documentation, etc.)
  4. What is the ideal pattern of your decision-making? (e.g. researching, taking risks, networking, etc.)
  5. What will be the accountability process with your DNA Performance Advisor in relation to making decisions? (e.g. call before decisions are made, monthly, quarterly, or annual meetings, etc.)
  6. How will you each navigate the differences in your styles?

Commencement: Quantum Leap Capacity Expansion

The first part of the program (6 segments, including 6 Zoom meetings for 90 minutes each) will be an overview of your current Quantum Leap Capacity and an initial review of the following key aspects of your life and business which are addressed further in Parts 2 to 5:

  1. Authentic Identity
  2. Quality Life Longevity
  3. Money Energy
  4. Business Performance

The outcome of Part 1 of the program will be to set 12 months goals for each of the key life and business areas so that you have starting benchmarks for them and can design initial plans to reach them:

  1. Quantum Leap Capacity – increase consciousness levels to make quantum leaps
  2. Return on Identity – moonshot goal
  3. Quality Life Longevity – planned lifespan age
  4. Key Biometric Markers – continued health
  5. Quality Life Equilibrium – happiness and stress management
  6. Money Energy - capacity to create life and financial wealth
  7. Business Performance Optimization – capacity to create organizational energy

In addition, as we delve deeper into the key areas of your life in Parts 2 to 5 of the Quantum Leap 360 program, starting with Authentic Identity Empowerment in Part 2, we can help you become more integrated from the start to who you are seeking to become.

While our Quantum Leap 360 program is highly structured in terms of the modules covered, we will be endeavoring to address them based on your current needs. That may mean at times we change the order of how the modules are delivered or give you additional homework to do.

Our perspective to making Quantum Leaps is that you must have the belief that they can be made in whatever way you decide. The more you believe the quicker the Quantum Leaps will come and also with more regularity.

To help you accelerate your exponential growth with Quantum Leaps our program is deliberately designed with three components:

  1. Mindset – thinking exponentially to come up with an expansive vision.
  2. Strategy - designing of the roadmap forward to fulfill the vision
  3. Execution – building specific plans to turn strategy into action.

Overall, fully implementing change in your life will take 12 to 24 months before you see exponential acceleration. With exponential acceleration, you will experience:

Segment 1: Quantum Leap Capacity Expansion

In this 90-minute meeting, the DNA Performance Advisor will address the following:

  1. Module 9: Discuss your scores from completing the DNA Quantum Leap Capacity Discovery.
    • Review the DNA Quantum Leap Capacity Discovery Guide.
    • Review the DNA Quantum Leap Capacity Training Article (refer: https://kb.dnabehavior.com/gene/facilitation#additional-discovery-processes)
    • In particular, address the Quantum Leap Mindset areas where you scored 5 or less out of 7.
    • What changes in behavior and mindset will you make to improve these scores?
    • What is holding you back from making a Quantum Leap in your life?
  2. Module 10: Review past quantum leaps in your life?
    • Quantum Leaps are huge, often sudden, increase or advance in something.
    • What were the Quantum Leaps in your life so far?
    • What age were you?
    • Who was an influential person in your life that may have been a quantum leap trigger or helped you make the decision? Sometimes, it just takes one question.
    • Were they big and/or sudden events? Or were they a series of small steps leading to a big change?
    • How did you decide to take the leap?
    • What was the outcome?
    • Can you see a pattern?
  3. Module 11: Poverty vs Exponential Thinking
    • Consider what Poverty Thinking means to you. What are some examples where you have allowed Poverty Thinking in your life? How did your life and/or business go backward or stagnate in growth, or just not reach potential?
    • Consider what Exponential Thinking means to you. What are some examples where you have allowed Exponential Thinking into your life and/or business? How did your life and/or business accelerate in growth?
    • What behavior and mindset changes do you need to make so that you start to think exponentially more often without limitations and then pursue exponential goals?
    • How will Exponential Thinking create an abundant life for you?

Quantum Leap Reflections

  • To what extent have you taken risks by following a gut feeling even when the data
    suggested otherwise?
  • How often have you identified a business opportunity that wasn't evident to others?
  • How often have you missed an opportunity due to fear of the unknown?
  • How frequently do you seek input from outside your industry or comfort zone?
  • How willing are you to change your business model or strategy based on a novel idea or insight?
  • To what extent are you monitoring emerging trends that others might not notice?
  • How do you ensure that your spontaneous decisions aren't merely emotional reactions
  • How often do you seek external feedback or rely on internal metrics when validating your decisions?
  • How frequently have you allowed feedback or criticism to refine your decision-making skills?
  • Once you sense an opportunity, how quickly do you act on it?

Segment 2: Revealing Your Identity

In this 90-minute meeting, the DNA Performance Advisor will address the following:

  1. Module 12: Discuss your scores from completing the DNA Natural Behavior Discovery
    • Review your Work Talents report.
    • Review your Factors and Sub-factors report which shows your T-scores. In particular focus on your strongest 2 to 5 scores and the related sub-factors.
    • Also, discuss your leadership behaviors and entrepreneurial talents (the five
      Entrepreneurial talents).
  2. Module 13: Lead you through an Identity Conversation to reveal your authentic identity

Segment 3: Revealing and Boosting Your Quality Life Longevity

In this 90-minute meeting, the DNA Performance Advisor will address the following

  1. Module 14: Discuss your scores from completing the DNA Quality Life Performance Discovery.
    • Review the DNA Quality Life Performance Discovery Training Article (refer:
      https://kb.dnabehavior.com/gene/facilitation#additional-discovery-processes
    • Address changes to how you will invest your time, money, and resources into building a Quality Life. In particular, focus on those areas where your scores were 5 or less out of 7 and would be getting in the way of making Quantum Leaps. Scores of 5 or less mean that you would have some stress in your life in those areas.
  2. Module 15: Review your Biometrics.
    • Review the DNA Personal Life Energy Guide (refer:
      https://kb.dnabehavior.com/gene/knowledge#personal-life-energy)
    • Address the areas where you need to make lifestyle changes in particular to reduce
      stress, and thereby enable increased happiness, success, and health for longer.
    • How do the areas where you have higher stress as indicated by the Quality Life
      Performance Review (per above) correlate with your biometric markers? Seeing the connection may require reflection. However, this may help you see where life changes must be made.

Segment 4: Revealing and Boosting Your Money Energy

In this 90-minute meeting, the DNA Performance Advisor will address the following:

  1. Module 16: Discuss your Overall Money Energy Score from completing the DNA Quality Life Performance Discovery (refer above) and the DNA Money Energy Opportunities Discovery.
  2. Module 17: Discuss your Financial Flexibility and Human Capital scores from completing the DNA Money Energy Opportunities Discovery.
  3. Module 18: Start building a Money Relationship Integration Plan.
    • Review the areas where you will make financial investments to provide greater Quality Life equilibrium with money fully integrated

Segment 5: Positioning Your Business Beyond Exponential Growth

In this 90-minute meeting, the DNA Performance Advisor will address the following:

  1. Module 19: Review the High Stakes Decisions On Your Horizon.
    • Identify the visionary plans you have for the future where the consequences of the decisions you may make are high – where are you choosing to “put it all on the line”, or believe you are being forced to (e.g. because of technological change)?
    • How is this decision (or series of decisions) a quantum leap?
    • Have you fully considered how the decision could impact other parts of the business, and even your life and family?
    • How are you proposing to manage the risk?
  2. Module 20: Conduct a Business Essentialism Review
    • Review every priority and activity to determine which ones are essential to making Quantum Leaps in the future.
    • Are you/the business engaging in 2x optimization activities vs 10x exponential growth activities?
    • Which activities are holding you and the business back?
    • If you took a relatively clean sheet of paper what activities would you focus on to achieve exponential growth?

Segment 6: Quantum Leap Capacity Planning

In this 90-minute meeting, the DNA Performance Advisor will address the following:

  1. Module 21: Quantum Leap Goals Review. Set your initial goals for the following:
    • Quantum Leap Capacity – increase consciousness levels to make quantum leaps (12 months increase in your score on the DNA Quantum Leap Capacity Discovery)
    • Return on Identity – set your moonshot goal
    • Lifespan goal – to what age you want to live to
    • Key Biometric Marker goals – health improvement goals
    • Time Freedom goal – how many “free” days/year do you want to have which are completely clear of any work?
    • Money Energy goal – increased capacity to create life and financial wealth based on 12 months increase in your Overall Money Energy Score – increase in your scores on the DNA Quality Life Performance and DNA Money Energy Opportunities Discoveries)
    • Monthly Cashflow goal - desired income per month.
  2. Module 22 – Quantum Leap Capacity Development.
    • Identify the behavior, mindset, and habit changes you will make to increase your Quantum Leap Capacity.
    • What is the first change you will make and prepared to hang in there for at least 75 days? Ideally, something you will enjoy, can do and has meaning?
    • Remember you will need “freedom” in all areas of your life to take Quantum Leap opportunities – you must be mentally clear and open, have sufficient time flexibility, not weighed down by stress, be physically fit, have harmony in your relationships given changes may come, and have financial flexibility.

Well done, you have now completed the first part of the Quantum Leap 360 journey. We have together laid the foundation for your exponential growth transformation by addressing at an introductory level each of the five quantum leap dimensions. Your heart and brain should now be activated with a higher level of consciousness to start unleashing wonderful outcomes that in the past would have been beyond comprehension.

The four parts that follow will delve into each area in more depth so that you:

  1. Authentic Identity Empowerment (Part 2): Gain more pinpointed clarity of your authentic identity as a framework for making key decisions which will unlock exponential growth
