How to Get Started with Digital Scan
To begin using Digital Scan, you'll need to subscribe to the Professional package. You can find more details on pricing and upgrades on our pricing page. If you're interested in upgrading your account, simply contact our support team for assistance.
If you already have access to the Professional package but need Digital Scan capabilities, you can easily request access by submitting a support ticket. To do so, visit our support ticket page, and make sure to tag your request with "Feature Request." Our team will process it and assist you in getting set up.
Using Digital Scan in the DNA Web App
Once you've gained access to Digital Scan, follow these steps to begin using it:

Start by logging into your DNA Web App account.

Navigate to the "Users" page.

On the Users page, next to the search button, you'll see a new button labeled "Scan." Click on this button to open the Digital Scan popup form.

Fill Out the Digital Scan Form: In the popup, you’ll be prompted to fill out the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name (or most recent company)
- Job Title (or most recent job title)
- Email Address
You can also select an advisor to assign to this profile and optionally add a tag for further categorization.

After completing the form, click the Submit button. The popup will close, and Digital Scan will begin processing in the background.
Viewing Digital Scan Results
Within a few seconds, the scanned contact's profile will appear with a Digital Scan icon next to it. This icon helps you easily identify which profiles have been Digital Scanned, separating them from regular profiles.
