      How to Add Participants from External Accounts to Your Account

      Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Participants to Your DNA Behavior Account: Obtaining Consent and Ensuring Data Accessibility

      Participants in the DNA Web App can belong to multiple accounts simultaneously, which is beneficial for those who need to interact with different teams or organizations using the platform. If you have participants who have completed a discovery in one account but need their records available in another, this can be arranged with their written consent.

      Steps to Transfer Participant Records

      1. Obtain Written Consent:

        • The participant must provide written consent to DNA Behavior to allow their records to be shared across accounts.
        • This consent should be sent via email to DNACare@dnabehavior.com.

      2. Email Requirements:

        • The email must clearly state that the participant consents to their record being available in another account.
        • It is crucial to include the specific account number where the records should be made available.
