Granting Support Login Access to your Account

Instructions on granting account access to the DNA Behavior Support team in order to receive assistance with your account.

For your security and privacy, the DNA Support Team is unable to access a client's account and account settings until access is granted. If you wish for our team's assistance with an account feature or function, here are the steps on how to grant access to the DNA support team. 

First, select the Settings menu icon:


On the Settings > Account page, Click on the Yellow button (Grant DNA Behavior Support Login Access to Your Account). This allows the top-level admin to go in and manage the account.

Once it has been selected, the DNA Support team will have access to the account and will be able to assist you with your support request. 

If you do not see this option inside of your account. This indicates that the support team has already been granted access.
