      How to Grant DNA Support Login Access to your Account

      Instructions for granting account access to the DNA Behavior Support team for assistance.

      For your security and privacy, the DNA Support Team cannot access your account and account settings without permission. If you need assistance with an account feature or function, follow these steps to grant access:

      1. Go to the Settings menu from the Dashboard.
      2. Navigate to Account section from the Settings menu.
      3. Look for the yellow text labeled "Grant DNA Behavior Support Login Access to Your Account." Click this button.

      Once selected, the DNA Support team will gain access to your account to assist with your support request. If you do not see this option, it indicates that the support team already has access to your account.
