      How to Integrate Fidelity Wealthscape℠ with DNA Behavior®

      This article explains the Fidelity Wealthscape℠ and DNA Behavior® integration, allowing financial professionals to access DNA Behavior® via Single Sign-On (SSO).

      What This Integration Offers
      The integration enables you to use Single Sign-On (SSO) to easily transition between Fidelity Wealthscape℠ and DNA Behavior®. This streamlines access to behavioral insights, helping you enhance your interactions and strategies with clients by utilizing the powerful capabilities of DNA Behavior®.

      Pre-Requisites

      • Active Financial DNA Subscription: You must have an active subscription to DNA Behavior® to leverage the integration.
      • Wealthscape Access: Firms must have access to Fidelity Wealthscape℠ or be eligible for SSO to take full advantage of this integration.

      • User Group Assignment: Firms must ensure that users are assigned to the "SSO to DNA Behavior" User Group in Wealthscape℠. This is necessary for enabling Single Sign-On (SSO).

      • IP-ID Verification: If unsure whether your firm has the required User Group, provide your IP-ID to Fidelity support for confirmation.

      Initial Activation Steps

      While the integration is automatically enabled within Fidelity Wealthscape℠, firm administrators must update user entitlements to allow access. Here’s how:

      1. Log in to Wealthscape℠
      2. Navigate to User ID Maintenance
        • Go to Service > User ID Maintenance > View/Modify User ID
      3. Search for a User ID
        • Enter the User ID and perform a search.
      4. Modify User ID Information
        • In the search results, select Modify next to the User ID you want to update.
        • Modify details such as:
          • First Name
          • Last Name
          • Group Entitlements (Primary Group and Secondary Groups)
          • User Group: Ensure "SSO to DNA Behavior" is assigned (Required for SSO access)
          • Linked G Numbers
      1. Save and Confirm Changes
        • Click Verify to review the changes.
        • Any updates will be displayed in bold.
        • Click Confirm to save the changes.

      Subsequent Logins
      Once the integration is enabled and entitlements are updated, users can access the Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality via:

      • Menu > Tools
