Change of Payment Term Policy

How to change your payment terms for annual or monthly subscription plans

Details: 

DNA Behavior requires a one-year subscription. You have the option to get an annual or monthly subscription plan. Clients are allowed to change payment terms by emailing dnacare@dnabehavior.com. The billing team will process it within 24-48 hours upon request. 

 

You can submit your change request, or if you need further assistance, by clicking the Submit a Ticket button which you can find in the upper right corner of the DNA Behavior App. (please see the screenshot below). Or you can email our support team at dnacare@dnabehavior.com
