Cancellation Policy

Understanding the DNA Behavior cancellation policy and how to ask for assistance if you wish to cancel your subscription.

Details: 

DNA Behavior offers two subscription plans: annual and monthly. If you decide to cancel your subscription, please be aware of the following policy details.

Cancellation Process:

  • To cancel your subscription, you must provide notice via a ticket or an email to dnacare@dnabehavior.com.
  • The cancellation process will take 30 days from the date of your initial cancellation request.

How to Request Cancellation:

You have two options for submitting your cancellation request or any related questions:

  1. Submit a Ticket:

    • Click the “Submit a Ticket” button located in the upper right corner of the DNA Behavior App. (Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.)
