Auto-Renewal Policy

To ensure seamless and uninterrupted service, we have implemented the following subscription renewal policy for our annual clients. Please review the key points of this policy

1. Automatic Transition to Monthly Subscription
If we do not receive a response confirming your intention to continue or cancel your annual subscription, your account will automatically transition to a monthly subscription. This policy is in place to prevent any disruption in your access to our services.

2. Successful Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal of your subscription will be executed successfully provided that the card on file is available and valid. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current and accurate to avoid any interruptions.

3. New Monthly Fee
The new monthly subscription fee will be 20% higher than the annual standard fee. This adjustment accounts for the flexibility and administrative costs associated with monthly billing.

4. Continued Monthly Billing
Once transitioned to a monthly subscription, billing will continue on a monthly basis. This will remain in effect unless we receive a request or confirmation from you to revert to an annual subscription or to cancel the subscription.

Customer Support Team: Handles client inquiries, updates subscription statuses, and processes cancellation requests promptly.

Finance Department: Manages billing processes and ensures accurate invoicing and payment collection.
